ONC receives increase in funding to support with the growing demand of refugees needing health services. The clinic is now able to expand its hours of operation. We are now busy serving over 1000 new clients every year just at our medical clinic.
ONHC is currently a team of 22 individuals all passionate and committed about refugee health. 77% of the ONHC team are refugees, immigrants or members of the racialised community.
ONHC is selected as one of the site tours as part of the Community Health Connections 2019 Conference- hosted by Canadian Association of Community Health Centres and the Alliance for Healthier Communities.
