The main reception is available to serve you over phone or in person during the following times:
Monday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
Thursday: 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
We are Closed between 12pm – 1pm for lunch)
Closed on all Stat holidays:
- Labour Day: Monday, September 4
- Thanksgiving Day: Monday, October 9
- Christmas Day: Monday, December 25
- Boxing Day: Tuesday, December 26
- New Year’s Day (2024): Monday, January 1

Health Navigation Services Hours

Variable hours (by appointment only). Navigators will typically provide services between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (some exceptions will be made based on the nature of service being provided). Please check out details for our Health Navigation Services here.
*** We are not a walk-in clinic and do not accept individuals with ‘Visitor’ status in Canada.
